About this Property
This beautiful villa has two master suites so is ideal for two families sharing. The heated pool is just perfect for children, being L shaped it has two shallow ends and a child safety fence for parents peace of mind. We also provide a baby/toddler pack so parents don't have to bring so much with them of the basics like baby monitor, sterliser, bottles, feeding cups, plastic bibs, dishes, plates etc - there is even a toilet training seat for the slightly older toddlers. Entries into our guest book tell us "it's very well equipped and then some" and is so comfortably furnished "it's a real home from home". Located at Calabay Parc, so it is close to Disney and all local amenitites especially with our shorter route. There is no extra charge for such things as highchair, stroller, crib, disability aids, baby pack - just ask for details of the full contents of these extras.
The pool is south-west facing so has the sun from mid morning until sunset. What better way to relax than lazing in the sun on the extended deck or sitting in the shade under the covered lanai, sipping those cool drinks and making use of the large amount of luxury padded furniture. All rooms have multi-channel cable TV and DVD players, plus PS2 in one of the twin rooms. Both masters are ensuite and the twin rooms share a bathroom. Each bathroom has a hairdryer and we supply plenty of linens, white towels for indoors and lots of coloured pool towels so just being your toiletries. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and this villa has the added bonus of a second large eating area adjacent to the kitchen as well as the formal dining room and a separate laundry room. Both mastersuites have direct access to the pool area and the second mastersuite's bathroom has a separate shower that has numerous support rails for those guests who are non too steady on their feet. This bedroom also has a remote to control the ceiling fan and the lights from the bed. Oh bother, no more space !!

we visited this lovely florida property last april, we are a family of three.
