About this Property
This beautiful villa has two master suites so is ideal for two families sharing. The heated pool is just perfect for children, being L shaped it has two shallow ends and a child safety fence for parents peace of mind. Entries into our guest book tell us "it's very well equipped and then some" and is so comfortably furnished "it's a real home from home". Located at Calabay Parc, it is close to Disney and all local amenitites and we provide free local phone calls, free high-speed internet access and have multi-channel TV and DVD's in all rooms. Use of highchair, crib, stroller and some disability aids are all free of charge.
The pool is south-west facing so has the sun from mid morning until sunset and the extended deck area is just perfect for lazing in the sun, or to sit under the covered lanai and watch the sun go down on the high quality outdoor furniture. In the games room you will find a 7ft pool table, foosball table and an electronic dart board plus table, chairs and CD player. There is cable TV & DVD players in all rooms,a CD player in the family room, a Playstation 2 in one twin room plus games, books & DVD's. The first mastersuite has a king-size bed and an ensuite with both tub and separate shower cubicle. The second mastersuite has a queen-size bed and an ensuite with shower cubicle. Both twin rooms share the third bathroom which has tub with shower over and we supply plenty of linen, towels & pool towels plus hairdryers in all bathrooms. Of course, there is an abundance of crockery, plastic plates etc for use outdoors and plenty of cooking utensils. You can eat in the main dining area or at the breakfast table. In the lounge there is comfortable seating for eight and one sofa converts into a double sofa-bed so, with the crib, this villa could take ten plus one infant. Our local management company work enthusiastically with us to ensure the villa is kept in an excellent condition and to help guests have a holiday of a lifetime.

we visited this lovely florida property last april, we are a family of three.
